Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. , Monday through Friday. Currently, we have a processing time of 0 to 1 business days. Times may vary for customized items and large-scale orders.

If your order has yet to be dispatched, it may be because there is unfortunately a delay in stock from the manufacturer. We are expecting stock for this item to arrive as soon as possible, but do not have a confirmed delivery date. However, when we receive a new date, you will receive an email from our stock team.

In instances where the dispatch of your order is being delayed due to stock issues, all customers affected will be contacted as quickly as possible. Due to current circumstances, this can now take longer than our usual turnaround.


Can you ship internationally?

There are sports fans all over the globe and we’re proud to accept orders from all. We delivers to more than 150 countries around the world.

Heads ups. You should be aware of a few things first.

Your country may require that you pay duties and taxes before your order is received. Those fees vary by country and, so there are no surprises. That extra expense is not included in your subtotal or shipping charge. For specific information please consult with your local Government Import Office.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification and be able to track your order via your online account or tracking notification email. Please note that your order tracking number can take up to 24 hours to go live from dispatch.

When will I receive my order?

Regular ground shipping takes from 4 to 15 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.) We provide tracking information within that time frame. Please note it also depends if your order is customized or is a large order, then we may take extra time.

Please be aware once we have handled your order to the shipping company there is not much we can do to expedite the shipping process. We use the most reliable shipping companies, to guarantee in every order the best handling and package care from our door to yours.


How long will I wait for international shipping?

When you complete your checkout before 1 pm EST, International Mail usually takes two - six weeks to reach you. Add an extra business day if you order after 1 pm EST.

It’s possible that either method could be subject to delays. These things happen and while we really hope they don’t, they are beyond our control. Oh, and you probably want to know how much it costs. We’ll calculate that using the weight, and you’ll see your shipping total when you checkout.


My order hasn't arrived - what do I do?

We are sorry if your order is taking longer than expected to arrive. All parcels sent with our couriers can be easily tracked on the courier's website. Your tracking link will be able to provide the latest updates on our order. You can access this link in 'My Orders' once you have signed in to your online account. If there has been a delay, there should be a clear indication of where the parcel is and potentially the cause of the delay. If you still have questions or doubts about the location of your order, send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

July Soccer Shop is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

How can enjoy a free shipping policy?

Free shipping on orders over $0. Both shipping costs and shipping method should be subject to what is stated on the Payment Page, and this may vary for different delivery destinations.

Note for taxes:

For most countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
